glance-glare software package provides OpenStack Artifacts - API server, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install glance-glare
glance-glare is installed in your system.
Make ensure the glance-glare package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep glance-glare *
You will get with glance-glare package name, version, architecture and description in a table
